London Gatwick is a ~1 hour drive from the venue; London Heathrow is a ~1.5 hour drive from the venue.
Haslemere station is a 15 minute drive from the venue, and has direct trains from London Waterloo station.

Every guest is welcome to attend our welcome drinks on the Friday evening at Cowdray House between 8:00–10:00pm. We will be providing drinks and dessert canapés.
On Saturday, the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm. We recommend all guests arrive at the venue by 2:00pm at the latest, as there will be a short walk to the ceremony location after arrival.
The wedding breakfast will begin at 6:00pm. Late night food options will also be provided around 11:30pm.
The venue's curfew is 2:00am. We recommend arranging taxis using the numbers provided above for pick up at approximately 2:15am.
There are no formal events planned for Sunday, 6th September. Guests may travel home at their own leisure.
Please join us in morning dress or formal lounge suits with ties. Please no black tie.
Formal dresses, trouser suits, and separates are all welcomed. As the ceremony will be held in the gardens, please consider footwear suitable for grass.
Tailored jackets are recommended, ties are optional. We kindly request no denim, shorts, or trainers.
As the welcome drinks will be hosted outdoors, knee-length or longer dresses and a light layer are recommended.
Traditional or cultural formal wear is also welcomed on both the Friday and Saturday.

Cowdray House has lockers and bathrooms at the entrance hall upon arrival for anyone who wishes to use these to store belongings or a change of clothes.
We unfortunately aren't able to accommodate plus-ones or children. We will only be able to host guests formally named on invitations.
The RSVP deadline is Saturday, 4th July 2026. If you RSVP for multiple guests, please ensure the number selected on the form indicates the total number of guests you want to RSVP for.
